Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Using post.tools
These terms govern your use of the post.tools website, applications, and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must use post.tools lawfully, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of the materials you upload, create, manage, or share through post.tools. You are responsible for that content and must have the rights needed to use, review, distribute, or process it. You give post.tools a limited permission to host, copy, process, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and secure the service and carry out actions you request.
Acceptable use
Do not use post.tools to violate law or another person's rights, send malware or abusive content, gain unauthorized access, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage or security controls, or place unreasonable load on our systems. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Third-party services and requested actions
Some features connect to third-party services such as Google, Stripe, Supabase, or cloud storage providers. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to your use of their services. When you direct post.tools to export, install, upload, or otherwise act through a third-party service, you authorize that specific action. You are responsible for confirming the destination, account, and output before relying on it.
Plans and billing
Prices, subscriptions, team seats, limits, renewal terms, and taxes are shown before a charge is collected. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; post.tools does not receive your complete payment card number.
Early access and availability
Some tools and features are marked early access, preview, or coming soon. They may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. We aim to keep the service useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. post.tools is not permanent archival storage, so keep independent copies of material you cannot afford to lose.
Ending use of the service
You may stop using post.tools at any time and may request account or data deletion as described in the Privacy & Cookies policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal requirement, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to retrieve your content.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, post.tools is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. post.tools is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. For questions about these terms, contact support@post.tools.
