Built for

The people responsible for this part of the work.

For freelancers, directors, editors, producers, designers, photographers, independent studios, small companies, and anyone who wants professional presentation without becoming an email developer.

The current workflow

Email makes a small piece of design unexpectedly difficult.

Mail-client controls are crude, image hosting is opaque, and modern web design techniques do not reliably survive inside email. The alternatives are often fragile formatting, a flattened image, a generic template, or hand-coded HTML from another era.

Why purpose-built

The constraints are treated as a design brief.

Signature Manager begins with carefully resolved typography, spacing, hierarchy, and email-safe structure. The visual editor personalizes the actual signature HTML, while image preparation, hosting, and client-specific installation guidance stay out of the way.

What it helps you do

A focused system for the actual task.

01

Begin with a considered design

Choose a template built with attention to type, spacing, hierarchy, and the limited but expressive vocabulary available inside email.

02

Make it recognizably yours

Edit contact details, typography, color, alignment, links, social profiles, logos, and imagery while the actual signature takes shape in the browser.

03

Skip the image-hosting puzzle

Drop in a logo or image. Signature Manager prepares and hosts it so the finished HTML can use it without asking you to construct a public asset URL.

04

Move from browser to inbox

Copy the formatted signature, download its HTML, and follow guidance for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Keep multiple signatures for different roles or professional identities.

After your first session

Leave with something useful.

Choose a starting design, add your information and imagery, and leave with a finished native HTML signature ready to install. No account is required until you export.

Build a signature — no account

Clear boundaries

What it does not try to be.

  • Email clients still render HTML differently, and recipients can choose to block remotely hosted images. The tool cannot promise pixel-identical display everywhere.
  • Outlook and Apple Mail require manual installation; Apple Mail can require a workaround that should be tested on the actual device and account.
  • Direct Gmail application is limited to approved test accounts while Google reviews the requested settings permission. It is not background synchronization.
  • Company-wide template administration, consistency, and enforced deployment are future directions rather than current capabilities.

Questions, answered

The practical details before you begin.

What does native HTML mean for an email signature?

The signature is built from real email-compatible HTML rather than one flattened image. Text remains selectable, links work, and the layout and imagery can respond within the limits of the receiving mail client.

Do I need an account to design one?

No. You can choose a template and use the real composer, including a browser-local logo, before signing up. An account is required when you are ready to export the finished signature.

Will it look identical in every email client?

No email-signature product can honestly guarantee that. Signature Manager uses conservative, email-safe HTML and previews the same HTML it exports, but Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, devices, and recipient image settings can still differ.

What does Apply to Gmail access?

When you choose it, Google gives your browser short-lived permission to list your Gmail sending addresses and update the signature for the one you select. post.tools does not receive or store that token, your Gmail settings, or your email content.
